Professional Responsibilities

A paralegal in our Asset Integration department, Janet is responsible for ensuring that our clients’ assets are reviewed and assigned to the appropriate trust(s), and correctly re-titled with financial institutions and other agencies.
Janet is also responsible for working with our corporate and business clients, preparing the legal formation documents for business entities and providing client services to each of Davis and Associates Your CorporateCounsel® clients.
Working closely with both individual and business clients of the firm, Janet demonstrates a high-level of professionalism as she ensures that the needs of each of our clients are met promptly and capably .

Educational Experience

Janet graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, double-majoring in American Studies and Computer Applications. She became a certified paralegal through the American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Studies Program at Arapahoe Community College.

Personal

The mother of three sons, Janet enjoys spending time with and traveling with her children. She also is an avid hiker, and loves the outdoors, reading, and entertaining friends and family. Through the Notre Dame Alumni Association, Janet teaches English as a Second Language and finds it to be a highly rewarding volunteer experience. A resident of Littleton for the past twenty-three years, Janet is originally from the northern New Jersey area.
