Keith L. Davis is the founder and owner of the estate and exit planning law firm Davis & Associates, P.C. Keith’s practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, post death administration, wealth preservation, and business exit planning. He advises clients with respect to a wide range of issues related to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, charitable giving, life insurance, business transfers, and taxes. Keith is committed to meeting the needs of families and business owners through knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring planning.

Keith is licensed to practice law before the Colorado Supreme Court, the United States Claims Court, and United States Tax Court. Keith is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado. (Certificate #20011).

Teaching and Public Speaking

Keith is an experienced and well-known educator and speaker. He has taught finance and accounting courses at the undergraduate and MBA level as an adjunct faculty member at the American University in Washington, D.C. and the University of Colorado at Denver. He has taught a sixteen-hour continuing education course on estate planning to several hundred Colorado CPAs, Certified Financial Planners, and insurance professionals.
