Professional Responsibilities

As a paralegal on our Asset Integration Team, Janet works with our clients on both basic and advanced estate planning.  She is responsible for ensuring that client assets are properly titled to their trusts and business entities.

Janet is also responsible for working with our corporate and business clients, assisting us in preparing legal formation instruments for business entities and providing corporate maintenance assistance to our Your CorporateCounsel™ clients.

Working closely with both individual and business clients of the firm, Janet demonstrates a high-level of professionalism as she ensures that the needs of our clients are promptly and capably met.

Educational Experience

Janet graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, double-majoring in American Studies and Computer Applications. She became a certified paralegal through the American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Studies Program at Arapahoe Community College.
